Why is it so important to learn to juggle?
Juggling is the best way to improve your ball control. Of course, there are countless other ways to develop ball sense, but this is one of the best of them all. In the warm-up exercises before football matches, you can often see football players juggling with soccer ball a little. This is also a good way to get the players moving right before the match. Moreover, it has now become a serious sport, thanks to freestyle tricks and their practitioners. And professional footballers know the incredible juggling feats of football legends like Maradona and Ronaldinho.
What is juggling?
Juggling in football means using different parts of the body to keep the soccer ball in the air. You can use your feet, your head, your thighs, your shoulders, and basically anything else but your hands. It is also important that the ball does not touch the ground while you are juggling the ball.
Choose your juggling level
Select your level and click on the appropriate button. Look at the suggested exercises and start doing them one by one. When you get to the end, move on to the next level. Of course, if you are a professional, you can choose that level for yourself. I wish all football jugglers good training and practice.
