Juggling exercises by Borinho
Juggling exercises are good if they consist of a variety of tricks. It is worthwhile to think up several variations and practise them. It’s not only good to invent more variations for visual appeal, but also because you will have a wider repertoire. You will also develop your football skills better.
Juggling exercise tips and video
Learn the tricks one by one. Once you’ve done one, learn another. When you have two, try to do them in sequence. This way you gradually progress. You may be able to knit dozens of tricks by the time you’re a pro. Start step by step and you will see that if you practice a lot you will get results.
Practice every day
Without it, unfortunately, you can’t. Practice is very important, for example I practice when I have some free time. If not, I juggle around the flat for 10-15 minutes every day. That’s more than nothing.
You don’t always need a soccer ball
It’s not always easy or safe to exercise with a soccer ball in the room. That’s why I’ve found that, for example, a dish sponge can be used to improve technique. Or a water bottle cap. These are very difficult to do tricks with, but you can learn, you just need persistence. The best thing is that you can’t damage the equipment. And of course the ball will be easier afterwards.
Sponge and cap trick videos
Watch all the videos and try to do these exercises at home yourself. Get a cap, a sponge or anything you think you can juggle. Of course, at the end, head to the football pitch with a real football.
