Heel juggling tricks are very difficult. Even for the seasoned pros, the technique is not easy to master. It takes a lot of practice and of course perseverance. There is a lot of frustration for the footballer before he gets this kind of juggling right with the soccer ball.

But it’s always a good idea to practice at least one set of a few tricks to perfection.

Start of juggling

To juggle like this, it is important to be confident in the basics. So you should start with classic ball juggling and gradually incorporate more difficult tricks into your practice. In the meantime, you can dedicate an extra hour or two to practising with just the heel of your foot. It is sufficient to practice only one very difficult trick at a time. You can also help with your hand at the beginning, or even bounce the ball and try to kick the ball with your heel into your hand. You have to try everything you can to make it easier to do these difficult tricks.
